History

Welcome to our website! My name is Pierre and my wife Wendy and I relocated to the D/FW area after Hurricane Katrina. In New Orleans, we produced special events and catering. We also had a portable restaurant that was very popular in the warehouse and industrial district where people had short lunch breaks. Wendy supplied praline candy to several businesses in the New Orleans area.

We opened our first D/FW restaurant in October 2006 in Euless and moved to our current location in April 2007. We have live music on Saturday night's and were honored by the Fort Worth Weekly as the Critics Choice of Best Cajun Restaurant in Fort Worth.
